To be a fully functioning and thriving human I BELIEVE in a holistic approach that incorporates the body, mind, Emotions and soul into one whole and looks at what needs addressing first.

After beginning my journey in the personal training space I realised that this was only one facet of many to live a healthy vibrant life. this led to good PHYSICAL results with clients however there were many layers beneath the exterior that required an overhaul to ensure these PHYSICAL changes could cement and new lifestyle HABITS could form.

MY APPROACH involves a deep dive into lifestyle factors and emotional triggers that stop my clients from living full lives and forming lifelong healthy habits.

I aim to properly understand the environment in which my clients are surrounded and ask the right questions to build their self-awareness, understand their own truth and ultimately make better life decisions.

We can cover anything from emotional release to understanding food products and ingredients, Goal setting and manifestation to teaching and practising meditation and mindfulness techniques.

There is no one fixed plan that I stick by as I believe each individual’s circumstances are entirely different, thereby sessions are tailored to the client’s most urgent needs.

Breathwork, Mindfulness & Meditation Sessions

What’s the point in being physically fit if we don’t have the mental and emotional aspects of our lives covered. I believe working on our mental and emotional state is just as important as working on our physical bodies. This is why I have a big focus on incorporating breathwork, mindfulness and meditation practices into my sessions. There is no experience required whatsoever to participate in these practices and anyone is welcome to participate. These practices can help in the process of connecting our mind and body together so that our thoughts and actions become more aligned. In learning these practices we can adopt them into our daily routines and have these as a tool in our toolkit to employ anytime to combat the stressors of life.
